A Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Washington with a concentration in Finance, Josiah began his career as the youngest hire at a Bellevue consulting firm. There, he honed his analytical skills and developed a client-centric approach to sales, delivering results without relying on pushy tactics.
Since earning his real estate license in 2017, Josiah has underwritten over 2,000 deals for Caliber Real Estate, covering various asset categories, including multifamily developments, retail centers, office space, industrial properties, special-purpose properties, vacant land, and residential developments.
Josiah also shares his expertise by training other real estate professionals through a weekly class focused on new construction, land development, and property valuation. These sessions emphasize how to effectively run property comparables (comps) to determine accurate market value. By equipping agents with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in competitive markets, Josiah helps elevate the standards of professionalism and analysis within the industry.
