Our search for a home was long and we didn't quite know what we wanted. It was right at the start of the Covid lockdown and we were unsure about buying a home. Josiah worked with us, patiently viewing house after house over several months. He got to know what we liked (or didn't) and began to narrow down housing styles he thought we would like. Most of all, he got us to not settle and pushed us out of our comfort zone on area and pricing (which in this market is crazy!). He was knowledgeable about the cost to own including things like sewer fees, and apparently has a video tutorial online on different types of sewers! He was always responsive to our queries, followed up when needed, and was with us every step of the year-long timeline that it took from when we first contacted him, to when we got the keys to our new home!
