If you live within a five minute drive of the Hollywood Schoolhouse, you already know the rhythm. Weekend traffic on NE 145th, a line for the patio at The Hollywood Tavern, the familiar loop from Maryhill to DeLille and back. What you may not have registered yet is how much of that rhythm is about to change in a single season.
The Hollywood District has spent a decade as a cluster of tasting rooms bolted onto a restored 1912 schoolhouse. Summer 2026 is the season it stops behaving like a cluster and starts behaving like a downtown. The shift is not one opening. It is a hotel, a 20 acre mixed use project finally activating, and a handful of arrivals from the past twelve months that only make sense once you see them together.
The Harvest Yard finally opens
The Harvest project has been the ghost in the district's peripheral vision for years.
